- Every price is per participant, per location, and is the full amount payable — it includes 18% GST. No further tax is added at checkout.
- A GST invoice is issued on request against your organisation's GSTIN.
- Seats are confirmed in order of completed registration and payment, through the payment link for the selected ticket.
- In-person tickets cover attendance at one location of your choice; travel and accommodation are not included.
- Recordings of each location are released within 30 days of that location's event and remain accessible for 180 days from release.
- The training bundle and year-round practitioner entitlements are included with both All-Access Passes. The In-Person Event Pass and Digital Event Pass do not include them.
- Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Group and corporate discounts apply only to the In-Person All-Access Pass for participants booked together at the same location. Write to director@apmpindia.org.
- APMP India reserves the right to amend the programme schedule where operationally necessary.
General Terms and Conditions
- Registration, Payment and Taxes
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full participation fee and applicable GST or other statutory taxes, as specified on the invoice. Issuance of an invoice alone does not confirm participation. Registrations are non-transferable and valid only for the named participant.
- Participant Cancellation and Non-Attendance
Participation fees are generally non-refundable. Non-attendance does not entitle a participant to a refund, credit or transfer. APMP India may approve cancellation requests, refunds, credits or exceptions at its reasonable discretion.
- Event Changes and Cancellation
APMP India may, where reasonably necessary, cancel, postpone or reschedule the event, or amend its date, venue, format, programme, speakers or sessions. Reasonable endeavours shall be made to notify registered participants promptly of material changes. Registrations remain valid for a rescheduled event. If APMP India cancels the event, it shall communicate the applicable refund, credit or alternative arrangements.
- Admission and Conduct
APMP India may refuse admission or require removal on reasonable and lawful grounds, including incomplete payment, invalid registration, breach of event rules, disruptive conduct, or safety and security concerns.
- Limitation of Liability
For these terms, "Protected Persons" means APMP India's directors, officers, staff and volunteers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APMP India and the Protected Persons shall not be liable for travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses arising from event cancellation or changes, or for loss of income, indirect or consequential losses arising from the event. Their combined aggregate liability arising out of the event or these terms shall not exceed the participation fee actually paid for the affected registration, subject to clause 8.
- Protection of Directors, Staff and Volunteers
Event-related contractual obligations are undertaken on APMP India. The Protected Persons do not assume personal contractual liability merely by organising, administering or delivering the event within their authorised duties. This protection does not exclude personal liability imposed by applicable law.
- Participant Indemnity
Each participant shall indemnify and hold harmless APMP India and the Protected Persons against third-party claims and resulting losses, damages and reasonable, documented legal costs, to the extent directly caused by that participant's material breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, negligence or wilful misconduct in connection with the event.
This indemnity shall not apply to the extent that a claim or loss is caused by the negligence, breach of duty or misconduct of APMP India or a Protected Person. The indemnified party shall promptly notify the participant of the claim, take reasonable steps to mitigate loss, and obtain the participant's prior written consent, not unreasonably withheld, before agreeing any settlement recoverable under this indemnity.
- Statutory Rights and Acceptance
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, any mandatory refund entitlement, or any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. APMP India's decisions remain subject to applicable law and available legal remedies. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms, provided they were made available before payment.
